Returns Policy

If your item is unsuitable or doesn’t fit you are welcome to contact us regarding a return.
Please contact us by phone or email to discuss options and we will be happy to help out.
If you would like an exchange please be aware that we may have to order an item in your required size, so there may be a delay if we don’t have the correct item instock.

We will only refund item once it has been returned to us and received in unworn, unsoiled condition with original tags intact.

Lingerie, make-up and body jewellery will not be refunded due to health reasons unless item is deemed faulty.
