How to Place an Order

Browse for products and Add items to your shopping bag

While you browse our selection of product on our website, click on a product image for more detailed information also added zoom in and out features. Many Products will requite to select size and colour. Select the colour and size you would like to order and click on the "Add to Cart" button.

Once you have added the item, this item will now appearing in your shopping cart which you can view at any time by clicking on the top right hand side of your screen.

Your shopping bag

You can review the items in your shopping bag at any time by clicking the "Shopping bag" button at the top of the page.

To change the quantity of items in your shopping bag:

  • Select a number from the "Quantity" dropdown
  • Your order total will be automatically updated
To delete an item from your bag
  • Click the "Remove item" link under the item you wish to remove
  • Your order total will be automatically updated

When you are happy with your selections go to your shopping cart & click the "Checkout" button and complete your contact, delivery and payment details.

Checkout

At the checkout you will be prompted to enter your contact and delivery details. Once you have completed all the fields marked with an asterisk(*), please select the "Confirm & Next" button. Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct.

The window will display your contact & delivery details in a secure area and you will notice the security lock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. The security lock ensures your order & payment details are encrypted and remain secure over the internet.

  • MasterCard
It is important that you confirm your order, then complete the payment details. Please check your order and payment details carefully. When you are satisfied with the information please select the "Submit order" button.

When we receive your order, we will send you an email invoice with your order details.

Credit Card Validation

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the checkout stage.
